Stampings

The OTEC CF series of disc finishing machines enables stamped parts to be deburred reliably and their edges to be rounded and/or polished. Only OTEC machines incorporate the special gap system which allows even the thinnest workpieces (e.g. metal sheet 0.1 mm thick) to be reliably processed. OTEC supplies a number of versions especially designed for stampings. These machines are optimized for this process and enable reliable deburring and mass finishing. For this purpose, special media are used which give highly reliable processing and problem-free deburring of drilled and punched holes. The best results are obtained with items such as ring spinning travellers, spectacle parts, circuit boards, zipper stops, fountain pen nibs, disc springs, writing clips and bent wire parts.
